I just heard on NPR that 300 of the National Guardsman deployed in LA are part of CalFire.
Our state is st risk with fire season well underway. These troops need to be released.
Everyone needs to make phone calls to the White House. Release the National Guard.
it was bad enough that Trump released millions of gallons of water much needed this summer. tRump continues to hurt California in any way he possibly can.
Thank you Jessica! I know how hard you are working to provide clarity for all that's going on to so many of us.! I share your posts frequently, always listen when you are audible. Stay strong!!
Yes, Jessica Craven, you are an amzing communicator, lifting mind and spirit with all your positive news. For those in the Bay Area, even Petaluma, I suggest you get in touch with Interfaith4 Ceasefire <interfaith4ceasefire@gmail.com> to hear about their events. June 8 was the 2nd pilgirmmage I went on. Yes, it's a very thoughtful and quiet way to protest. Both pilgrammages were 22 miles long, the length of Gaza, but everything was punctually timed, so easy to meet up along the way.
Awesome you were at the vigil last week. I'm affiliated with LA Voice, and will be there tomorrow evening!!
Question - we have a meeting tomorrow with an aide to a City Council member (Traci Park). Any ideas of what we can/should ask the City Council to be doing rn?

This prayer walk sounds so nice! I wish I lived in SoCa. Maybe I’ll see if we can organize one in Petaluma…
